Shipping policy
We process and ship domestic orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, via UPS. Please allow 1-2 business days to be notified that your item(s) have shipped. All orders within the continental United States receive complimentary standard shipping via UPS Ground for orders at $200 or more. We are not responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged items; for more details, please see our returns policy.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. Transit time cannot be guaranteed as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered upon confirmation from the associated shipping carrier.
Once your order is placed and processed, we cannot edit the product, size or quantity on the order. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to request a return once you receive your item(s), by contacting us within 14 days of delivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, or APO/ FPO addresses.
International Shipping
Please note, we do not offer international shipping at this time, however, there are plans in the near future to expand into global markets. To be notified once international shipping is available, please join our newsletter!
