Refund policy

AZRIEL STUDIO implements a 14-day return policy on full-priced items only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All merchandise marked as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with all tags and packaging included. Return approval is at our discretion and we reserve the right to deny responsibility for any item that is outside of the aforementioned policy.

All returns will incur a $10 processing & handling fee that will be deducted from the amount of your refund back to your original form of payment.

Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return item(s) have been received and inspected. When approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Exchanges
To ensure a quick exchange, please contact us immediately with your size request. A member of our team will inform you of further instructions.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be quickly corrected.
